Helping to care for a loved one is a rewarding experience. Sometimes it can also be a little stressful. Wellcare By Trillium Advantage understands. And we’re here to help you.

Caregiving Collaborations® gives you the extra support you may need as you assist others with:

• Personal care
• Chores
• Providing emotional support
• Coordinating medical care
• Helping with finances

Through useful tools and information, we can help you care for our members, while continuing to care for yourself.

If you are a caregiver and would like to learn more, please contact our Wellcare By Trillium Advantage at 1-844-867-1156(TTY: 711). From October 1 – March 31, you can call us 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. From April 1 – September 30, you can call us Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. A messaging system is used after hours, weekends, and on federal holidays.
